Rupert, many congrats, it's such a sick score.
The last five runners in Remo were all under 25, and this has been the case in so many recent EPTs.
Now that these kids are prepared to raise with bad hands on the button, continuation bet even if they don't hit the flop, and even back raise without a good hand, is it game over for people like me over the age of 26?
Nah you've still got it Stu. You 3 bet me with 99 once! Bastard!

PLans for vegas/schedule?
Be honest...how many times have you stood in front of the mirror at home lifting the trophy up?! (Jake maintains to this day he has never done this which is complete lies)
Would you mind if in vegas I told some girls I was Rupert Elder and I won EPT San Remo for over a mirrion dorrars so I can sleep with them?
Most $1.5ks and under, some $2.5ks and the ME. Prob some venetian etc maybe some cash. All NLHE
Zero, I can barely lift the thing
Bit weird

What do you think are my biggest leaks (or just anything I do badly in general)?
Erm well you'd know better than me for sure. Probably don't hero call enough or make some generally heroic moves
In live tournies you could use a bit of work I think, but i've never played with you and only railed you a couple of times.

how did u approach brm as u moved thru the levels? has it changed as ur life expenses have become smaller relative to your BR.
what advice can you give for/for not separating BR and life roll

I'm not very good at BRM. For cash i've been fairly strict, play whatever i'm comfortable with. If I had $2k now i'd be comfortable playing NL100. I'm fairly nitty with life expenses other than holidays which also happen to be the most expensive thing. Don't really buy anything unless I want it pretty bad.
I've generally counted all my money as my roll since I have no responsibilities really. I put stuff in an ISA and various other savings but that has always still counted as my roll since it's liquid. I probably fall under the fairly aggressive BRM route and taking good sized shots at very good games. BRM is always a function of your winrate/variance in the games so this makes sense.

have u ever considered playing mtt fulltime? since winning ept would you consider it now?
excluding the results, what would u say has been the most +ev share you've bought on 2p2/blonde/etc in the last 12 months
if the tournament ended at heads up, and the winner was declared as the highest bidder for the trophy, whats the maximum price you would pay (assume u chopped the money €750k each or w/e and "winning" is as prestigious as in reality)
out of all the british ept winners who would you most like to:
-marry
-kiss
-go on an around the world cruise with
-get poker lessons from
-slap

Yeah i've considered it, it's too brutal tho!
Not sure in last 12 months as I deleted last years spreadsheet as it was nothing but PAIN. It's probably some main event buy from last year. This year though... James Atkin gotta be up there and wish I just took all of it.
Just for the trophy, like €2.5k maybe
I'll answer that one when I get home, too much research involved!

I was worried what I was the answer to then. Marry, kiss, slap etc lolz.
Meh, obv has been a good investment for you but I've barely played the last 6 weeks so not that good!
Question: I barely ever play MTTs because I like the low-variance of SNG grind. Leak?

A SNG players graph will go up at a solid 30-40 degree angle or whatever.
An MTTer will have downswing, bink, downswing, bink, downswing, bink type graphs.

Absolutely nothing wrong with making lots of money with low variance. Always be thinking about your hourly and risk tolerance!
