TraceT
as far as I understand it some lads have a home game and they have a trophy of a tinned pie mounted on wood. It looked so good that Angie and Davey adopted them as prizes to give with the engraved thingies.

Now a question for you, why was it soooo noisy in VC chat tonight  Grin

The Fray Bentos Pies sponsorship comes from our 'infamous' home game which Davey and Angie occasionally play in, have a look here   http://members.aol.com/allenfiel

Hi Steve, welcome to blonde. I think it may have been you who told me about game as well as Angie. The pic of you isn't too clear, were you playing on the final two tables yesterday with Nigel? if so I was sat on the other side of him and he was drinking your beer  Grin

Thank you guys for the explanation - all is now clear!

Robert - like I said in the lobby - it were Pav and Groucho making all the noise, I was busy trying to sort out all the washing that my kids had accumulated over the weekend!  I'm innocent this time I tell ya!
