You have to do it in Nantwich, it's the law.

I've never seen one of those suet puddings(which I love but am currently abstaining from) tackled with only a straw before.

Why is blue such a popular colour for plastic forks? Is it for the same reason that chefs use blue sticking plasters?
Also, why is rude comedy referred to as being blue?

That container looks pretty full, so I am intrigued as to how the peas got in there. I am not sure I'd want to risk tipping peas into an overflowing container of steak and kidney pudding chips and gravy; and wouldn't the standard approach be peas on one side of the comtainer. The picture suggests they are quite well mixed, but if I try and mix that, my lap would be covered in gravy and peas. Do I have to travel to Nantwich to observe the artisans that produced this work, or is there a BBC film detailing the process?

It's a fine art Doobs, peculiar to Cheshire and the Potteries area.
First they place a pupping at the end of an empty tray, then the chips are piled in. Next a layer rather than a dollop of peas are added, these have to be exactly the right consistency, so that they can be spread along the chips and work their way in between rather than just sitting on top. Then the gravy is added, predominantly in the space surrounding the pudding but also tailing off over the chips and peas, this part has to be done slowly, a bit like pouring a Guinness.
It's a rare treat for me these days. When I was 'On the engines' I used to have pudding chips peas and gravy at least once a week.
On this particular day I actually walked right through the middle of a food festival in Nantwich. to get to the chip shop.

Because, according to the adverts, it produced a clean blue flame.
I can't really fathom why porn is associated with blue. A very underdone steak is described as blue, I wonder if it's anything to do with being raw?

Thanks for the help with the peas, now I just need to work out why people are referencing a Brazillian cartoon on the politics board and I can relax and enjoy the last day of the school holidays aka spending the day dragging the kids apart and away from their screens.
