out of interest, did you look at the
or the
first?

I wouldn't normally try so hard, but didn't have another opportunity I could wait for. I wasn't ready to surrender what I WANTED SO MUCH, that easily, I couldn't guarantee a call with me staying stoic and relying on a flinch "top pair" calling reflex.

Currently losing a bowl, bit have moved from a table of average age 45 to a younger table in hopes someone might try to bluff me.
i just dont get this.
surely the first table is gonna be easy to play cos you're never put in any tough spots, just play good aggressive poker and accumulate nice and steady.
table 2 you want to play high variance "fancy" poker and feed Alex some more #realjohnblacktweets.
A couple of pages ago everyone thought you'd got it,but i fear that its gonna be more of the lols at JB spew and not respecting JB for being a winning player.
Completely valid point..
I had however, tried to he patient and after two hours of winning £2 a lot then being sucked out on by A5 when I did find KK.
The game was bad and it really was dead. The younger table actually changed 5 minutes after I arrived. Turned into the perfect table when two of them got stacked and replaced by fun players.
Still been pretty active on this table preflop, pretty toght post. Worked out well so far.
Lost a medium one where I double barelled a guy I know peels any flop cbet but is tighter on turns.
He 'just had' JJ on KJQ.
Meh.. I've seen him peel any 10x before but fold the turn...
Back to it, just realised I haven't had food yet. So breakfast time it is!

Q2 hand is totally unjustifiable JB im afraid.
Every bit of the hand should be a fold. Fold initially, FOLD when he raises the flop, fold fold fold

Just lost a chunky one vs the double barell floater..
AA vs 84o on 845
where he ckr, cc, donk/ call.
Its going to get abuse im sure but fuck it. I've played with him a lot in the last two weeks and been right about his hands every time.
He has overpairs to the flop most of the time here.. Even 8x.
Will put me on AK too much and actually I know the river is thin, but I know him. Its good.
first pot bigger than £50 he's won from me, sucks a bit but watev.

Hey John
FUCK EM
It's not a case of fuck em Jase, "fuck these experienced guys who take time out of their lives to help John" if he doesn't want feedback on these hands then he should just stop posting them, yes he has thick skin but thick skin to what? A bunch of guys who could charge people for their opinions on poker giving him them for free?
Fact is, the
hand is 100% a losing play, I'm not going to waste any more of my time explaining why because John wants to play suited Queens 400big blinds deep OOP against the weaker players, and anyone is free to play any hand however and wherever they want. John got the feedback he wanted from posting the hand, and will use it as he see's fit. This coming shortly after the sillyness with
the other day lol I'd say its not too long before we'll see another needless hand involving a suited 2 making it's way onto the diary.
My advice would be to look at this
And take note of which position on this ordering system 2 appears, and try apply that logic into hand selection.

Meh. I am not saying that Dave. Its not meant to be fuck those giving advice. Its meant to be fuck them guys holding/winning against him.
As you rightly say John is getting the best advice available and I respect that. His thread has become best of blonde latley and if all of a sudden it turns into "got it in good and held" it would not be much fun.
All these guys have been telling him the same shit for six months at least and unless I am mistaken John is levelling you all, either that or they are wasting their time.
His staking thread sells out in minutes and will continue to whilst he keeps posting these HH.

He's not levellling
In the nicest possible way he's an ego-driven narcissist.
Not that all of us don't have character faults much worse than that!

I was pretty sure that was what you meant, hence finding it funny...
I agree with everything you have said and am surprised that everyone continues helping him so much.
He's obv a really nice guy, very smart and obv the poker incarnate of Wesley Snipe's character in WMCJ
