Which All American Dave package are you buying for the summer?
Is there a burger and chips one that comes with three choc ices?
If so, I think there might be some bad news coming for stakers.

PM's with Bank Details sent to everyone on the list who have yet to pay.
So I think that's us up to date for now.
I dithered for ages about putting up the Staking Thread this year, & had a side bet with Marky that I'd barely sell any. I'm both surprised & grateful, in equal measure.
Thanks guys.
PS - Supernova asked me to reserve a bit of action, so that's BOOKED if she still wants it, ditto anyone else who wants to set fire to money.
£100 please lovely to ship asap but latest by the weekend when I do all that kind of stuff, it should land more or less straightaway but I'll pm you when it's done.

There is a seniors $250(?) deepstack at the Rio starting at 9am. I think it is Wednesdays only. I can't see me playing it, but just letting you know it is there.

$250 PLO on Sundays is it?
I was almost tempted to stay at the Rio for the first week, just to save me trekking back and forwards every other day.
Aria was cheaper than GN & Rio, so went with that.

ooh, didn't realise there was a omaha daily deepstack on the Sunday. maybe I'll splash around in that when I arrive. Will keep me awake, and can always throw my stack away if too tired.

They've got plenty going on there. And if it weren't such a khazi, you'd hardly need to leave the Rio all summer.

Have you noticed the similarity between poker bad beats & getting caught speeding in your car?
Nobody wants to listen to our tale of woe, & to be honest, nobody gives a shit.
But every time we get done for speeding we genuinely think it's a bad beat, & I'm no exception to that.
Thing is, you just have to suck it up & get on with it, like a grown-up. No moaning, no reaching out for sympathy.
PS - it was a little bit of a bad beat though, right? Please feel free to express your sympathy, then I'll feel so much better.

I get really quite passed off about stuff like this.
As someone that has never been in an accident, or caused one before anyone steps in, so 30 plus years, I should be given some latitude on stuff like this.
I have been done about 6 times over those 30 years for speeding and all for similar offences, 70 in 60,
37 in a 30
etc, with no reference or leeway given to my great record(also have passed High performance driving courses).
Probably wrong thread, but it started me off and I feel your pain.
Those extra 7mph could be the difference between killing someone or just injuring them.
Yes thanks I've done a speed awareness and still don't need to be preached at.......get enough of that on the Politics thread

I'm prepared to sell my shares at 1.8.
