ironside is a term used to belittle wheelchairs users,  alot of us use it in the reverse now, but it but mc i wont sue if you help me out with some coaching lol

When you sue someone for libel/slander/unfair dismissal or whatever, who decides how much the claim is for?

Is it based purely on the financial postion of the person you are suing or is it based on the severity of the grievance?

Do the jury decide this, or the judge?

Just seems totally random who gets what when payouts are decided.

Why should Tommy Sheridan have got such a huge wedge, and this guy just 6 grand?

Ironside once told me off for accidentally refering to him by his real name at a casino in Scotland. Now I understand why!!! The man is a genius I tells you.

I later staked him into a drunked sit n go so hopefully I will be forgiven and not sued :-)
