The Stake
I’m looking for a $3,000 bankroll for MTT’s across Poker stars, Party Poker, Ipoker,888 poker for a period of 6 months. Any profits will be paid out at the end of each month, and I will include one chance for backers to request their stake to be returned after the 3rd month.
I will be playing almost exclusively at the weekends, due to the fact that I have a full time job and also play cash games during the week. I will be aiming to play 70-100 MTT’s per month. I will also play some satellites to larger tournaments (details of which can be found below). I have added a lot of small field good structured $20 games as fields are very soft and this will reduce overall variance.
Please see sharkscope at bottom of post.
Pokerstars account is PayMyLoans11, this account is around $6k down, but this is due to bad runs at higher stakes ($200 and over). Mtt's below $30 have an ROI of around 50%. 888 account is PAYMYLOANZ.
The deal will be 50/50 profit split after stake back. I want 60%, so will be purchasing the first 20% of the fund myself in order to provide better value for backers.
Prices are as follows;
10% = $300 5% = $150
I have previously had two staking threads on Blonde poker which will prove trustworthiness. I also used to be backed for MTT’s by Pab, and currently backed for cash by Pleno who im sure would both vouch for me.
The tournaments that I can choose from;

I would advise in not selling less than 10% chunks
How will you hold the money across all the sites? Will be a mare given the variance and cashing out every month

my idea was to store the majority funds on money bookers to be able to distribute easily between sites as and when needed. thoughts?
As for cashing out I agree with more backers then there is more work in it for me.
3% was to a personal non poker playing friend and steve swift has booked in 2%, but I do agree with you and going forward minimum chunk will be 5%.

I'm really busy ATM but will pm you all my thoughts on this when I get chance.
My party stake was very similar, but much easier than this.
I'm not saying it isn't possible, but you want to make it as hassle free as poss

there hasn't been a bread deal of interest for this, so if any prospective backers and any queries or reservations just let me know.
If the period is too long i could just do a set number of games, 200 for example? Im willing to tweak the stake to make it better
If its just down to nobody trusting my ability then not much can be done abut that

I very rarely play like Tbh, if i do its just at the Alea in Glasgow.
Played there a handful of times last year and shipped the £150 for £4.5k. Don't think I've actually played live at all this year, as I personally find it too slow and will only play the larger buyin games but the dates on the games this year haven't suited at all.

Ok cool. Just looked back over previous posts and you got some decent backers. Maybe they could vouch for you

hi
grant plays cash games for me, he has played for 4 months now and seems to be reliable and trusty. Over those 4 months he has shown a small loss but seems to be motivated and want to do well.
