Attached is the email I received from Hansagaming after I changed some of my personal details on blondepoker skin.

Can I assume this was also part of their cock-up??  And that any future changes I make will be confirmed by the 24hourpokerhelp.com??

I know it is a little confusing and the corporate
identity will in the future be changed from bowman's to hansa as hansa is
just running poker skins.


This wont happen again as the system has been double and triple checked to
ensure the mails are set to ...24hourpokerhelp.com.

As the reply was sent on the 20th, and your screen cap was from the 17th, your question has already been answered.

I wouldn't worry about getting the emails.  At least you're getting some communication about the issue.

Both paddypower and Blonde have been very communicative and helpful during the move, wheres VC....

...did I mention how long it took to get a reply to my email - and then it was an email telling me to put 'urgent' in the subject line...
