Your 4 handed youhave pocket Kings whats the chances of one of your opponets having rockets?

I would imagine it was quite long shot, anyone know for definite?

If you found yourself in this position of being 4 handed with the Kings, are you ever laying them down say for example it goes raise, re-raise re-re-raise, re-re-re-raise you know the scenario.
