Title: How to mix it up... This is how to do it flushy!

Maybe now i just checked a set on the river... i'll have to do alot to get my rep back after the first hand tho!

Nice one. Ian, I've got a question.

Did you show down the hand deliberately to create the impression u were a bit of a nutter and adjust accordingly, or more for that pride factor of "I outplayed your ass?"

I tend to never show down my bluffs, except on rare occasions when i want to send a specific player on tilt, as i usually want people folding to me mroe than calling.

Im interested......

To be honest i don't show bluffs that often... But he did take a while so i know he had a hand! As it was early in the sixpac and he had lost half his stack i showed hoping we would lose a player early!

I did play tight after that, it can also stop people trying move on you... call with owt scenario!

I was setting up the bluff pre-flop, if i hit the flop great if not i have the power in the hand.
