Big Thanks to everyone who kept the Forum buzzing last night with Bellagio news, proud of you all. I was unavailable, & will give a little update in a bit on the Belfast tourney thread. May even be able to find out what is happening in Belfast, as Rhowena is still there.

Not sure I will get any "real" updates from the Bellagio, Dave is on a jet plane on his way home, but I'll have a ring round & see who I can find.

Having had QQ twice in 3 hands , and back up to 1.6m , there was no need to move in with KJo after a 400k raise , especially as the next level was due to start and there would have been more to steal .

And yeah, Carlo did great, but the blinds got silly, 15k-30k, & Carlo was chip leader with 13 BB's....! So they did a 6 way chop. Micky Wernick got some too, what a week HE had!

The next level is $330,000 a round , now the action will start as just 3 blind pickups is worth a million chips !

I guess Rob was on an adrenelin rush. He did well to get so far.

Paul is guaranteed a minimum of $519,000

I reckon John and Tuan are going to be the aggressors trying to pick up blinds but Paul now he has $500,000 locked up will go for a double up to try and secure a minimum of second place , we'll see if i'm right .

Wow Jamier-Host, interesting point, but youre in the wrong place for such elevated thinking. Red Dog thinks tax is what you fix carpet to the floor with.

I dont think the WPT allows deals and when Paul was offered a deal in one of last years wsop events when they were 4 handed he refused, even though he was 1 of the low stacks. The money involved now is a lot more agreed but im sure  900k if enough to fall back on.

Final hand was Paul K5 vs KJ .   all in pre flop. J came on the flop which almost sealed it but also there was a 10   and Q came on the turn  giving paul a chance of a split pot.
but it wasnt to be.
But id like to say a very big congratulations Paul on your great performance asnd there will be plenty more im sure.

Ive just spoke to Paul after his great effort and he asked me to thank everyone for their support on Blondepoker. He is in great spirits even though he was 1 card away from winning the damn thing, but he said that he had out drew T Le earlier to survive. Apparently its  great TV poker , and I for one cant wait to watch it. Paul said the blinds went to 1 million a round heads up which doesnt give you a lot of chances and T Le just kept on going all in, all in. Well the rest as they say is history. This time i am going to bed.
