Slight regression this week but only a single lb.
Starting weight this year 11st 9lbs, then 11st 7lbs, followed by 11st 6lbs.
This morning 11st 7lbs.
Shed that pesky lb that I gained last week at this morning's weigh-in. 11st 6lbs.

Is for sure a lot more difficult now compared to the start.
Exercise is all getting a bit samey, will look at mixing it up next week.

Good work though, impressive loss for 5 weeks Went out with Mr Russell on Wednesday and we just drank and didn't eat. Seemed to proof again that a liquid diet is the key to success!

So, this month is a fail! Not quite got there, but I feel positive for tomorrow so I can accept being a day late. Going to push on to the next target of 13st by the end of March. I think it is going to be harder from here on as we have lost the easy bit. Only got one big day out planned this month..... GOLD CUP DAY!
