As it worked, one would be inclined to say good bluff.

Gotta occasionaly bluff raise so you get paid off on the good hands, game theory innit.

It's a good bluff if you do it occasionaly, and a bad bluff if you do it every single hand.

How do you know it was a bluff? Your two pairs Queens and Tens, Ace kicker with gutshot straight draw may easily have been the best hand........

Flush Royal wins $49.50 as the last player standing

WTF does that mean?

Why do programmers write things like that?

As far as your question is concerned, a bluff that works in omaha is always a good bluff.

bad spot to bluff in, you aren't representing a hand that is credible.

I expect the other player only folded due to time restrictions on the hand.

Lucky to get a fold.

Generally if you're in a weak cash game, check raising the stronger players out of position when they are showing strength will send you to the rail.

Nice result. You're going skint.

Timed out sounds more like the truth. No way anyone at $0.5/$1 passes for $25 into a $75 pot when he is only losing to quads or Queens full, particularly after leading out for $15.

Back to the original question;

It depends on the read of your opponent. He was one of the few on the table that had the maximum amount in front of him, so that increases your chances of it working if he is a reasonable player. You check raised him and an amount that was calculated and typed in. This could look like pot building and he knows that he is likely set in on the river. So this call really is for his stack. In terms of value it was a good bluff, but you were obviously fortunate that he discoed.

I would have smooth called you with AAT and let you hang yourself on the river.

he is telling the truth, the junglecat on here is the same junglecat from the hand. This most was more about giving him the needle than anything, he said it was a shit move i thought it was a good one, of course if i knew he had TTT rather than just AA then i dont try it.

Not gonna bother reading the whole thread-imo a good bluff is one that gets through and a bad bluff is one that doesn't.
