Title: money transfer question
Post by: mikee_j on May 23, 2006, 01:32:03 PM
i currently play on laddies and poker heaven but i want to transfer my entire bank roll on ladbrokes to party poker (my new home) what would be the best way to do this. should i take it out onto my debit card and then staight into party from my debit or should i set up a neteller account and do it that way. i also want to option to withdraw cash quickly from the party account.

any advice would be appreciated, just a little confused to withdrawing and transfering cash as i've not done it before!

cheers

i understand now that it may take between 3-5 working days to withdraw from party and a number of other sites.

I'd do it on my debit card if I were you.  If you don't have a Neteller account already it will take a couple of days to get verified (where they put a small amount in your account and you type in the amount) plus they'll charge you a fee when you move money about.

It will probably be quicker on debit card though.

As a side thing, it may be worth while opening a Neteller account for future use.

i have now opened a NETeller account and contacted them about charges. they only charge for deposits and withdrawls to your debit card but not for transfers to poker sites.
