Title: Flushes Post by: Jedwick on May 30, 2006, 01:47:18 PM I've been thinking about this for a while now and still cant come to a conclusion, There's 4 spades on the floor and someone goes all in, whats the smallest flush that you call his all in with?

To be honest it all depends on who it is making the bet, how much the all in is and how much of my stack its going to cost me - i've called bets before when there are four flushes on board without actually having a flush myself because i know how my opponent plays and sometimes its an obvious bluff. Title: Re: Flushes Post by: gatso on May 30, 2006, 04:47:35 PM have to agree with Matt, far too many variables in this one. Is the board paired (your opponent may be betting with trips hoping you've missed, may have a boat, may be representing a boat), do you think he hit his flush when the 3rd spade hit and may be playing with low suited connectors, is he bluffing, who's got who covered and by how much, does he like playing rag aces etc, etc.
I assume this came from a specific hand you've played, give us the history and we'll have a look |
