With only 2 games and 11 days to our opening world cup game he plays ANOTHER player out of position in a formation with the players we have that just DOESNT WORK. Carragher is a superb centre half but a holding midfielder?? dont think he's made a single forward pass. If he insists on playing this silly formation then atleast play players that have some idea of how to play a midfield roll ie Carrick. Any thoughts?? Title: Re: Another dodgy Sven decision? Any thoughts?? couldnt agree more - completely out of his depth. and playing high balls to Owen up front on his own - yep very clever!!! We have got some great players in cole gerrard lampard owen and the centre backs - ffs lets get the most out of them. Carragher did his job well and BROKE play up! Carrick isn't nearly that good defensively although he can pass much better. Gerrard is God. If it wasn't for Liverpool.... |
