What does that have to do with the World Cup?

:D   Thought I would just add another sport onto the football part of the site.  Tomorrow it will be Shinty, then Handball or perhaps the World kite-sailing Championships.

Here's who I like in the Shinty for top stick hitter for the Loch Gloch side in the Quidditch Cup.

1. Jock McGrueger

2. Willy McTavish

and great odds to be had on...

3. Dougal McDougal

Handball is the halfest assed sport in the World ever.

Did you play Shinty at school in Aberdeen?  We played Hockey around the W. Scotland.  This is what I   have been told anyway. While I was at school, I can't remember missing any PE classes ( lots of other classes, but not PE ).  Everyone I speak to always refer to the great hockey games we had at school.  I never once played hockey at school, but I went to almost every class at PE.  I am still confused how I managed to miss every hockey game without missing a class.

Handball is one of the largest sports in Europe.  In the UK, it is predominantly football we watch. But in a country like Spain, they allow other sports some coverage as well.  Football, cycling and Handball

In Spain they don't wash there hands after visiting the toilet, it doesn't mean it's a good idea.  :D
