Title: what about the weather? Post by: madasahatstand on June 10, 2006, 05:11:54 PM what a dy for the sunshine. it cheers me up a great deal and its sad ive only got 30 mins left of it from my back garden. anyone know how long a laptop can take the sun for?

are still red, Declan was running about in his t-shirt/shorts and baseball cap and was smothered in cream and he still got a bit England match fell asleep to it, although think it was boring anyways :) Not too sure about laptop, my laptop battery only lasts about an hour before needs charging but if you puta towel over it might be better ;) mel x Title: Re: what about the weather? Nem, if there's lightning about it may be worth unplugging the skybox & disconnecting the aerial. Last lightning storm to hit scotland blew up my folk's skybox (I was in the room & got a hell of a fright) - totally new Skybox needed. Title: Re: what about the weather? Your Mummy is right Tank , which is why my pests were covered in sunblock , Katie loves to lick it when i put it on her face ::)As for the weather at the moment , waiting for a thunder storm :( i remember the first time i took my little neice (about 2 at time) to the swimming and she got on (well i put her on) on of the floats. she couldnt stop licking it and i was knoting myself laughing. i had to phone my mum to help me get her out of the pool cause she was screaming her head off. i took her dripping wet out to phone and she was thrashing about. my mum told me to keep her out and take no nonsense. i tried to reason with her but she was heart broken about coming out, so i took her back in until my mum came :) im a sucker my mum got her out with not so much nonsense. I've had to borrow Leons car all week (which means double the fuel cost!) just so I could have air con, sadly old ford fiestas don't have that luxury!
It's been raining all morning today, and feels much cooler. I'm glad theres been some hot weather because my body can get used to it before I go to Zante in 20 days, I ALWAYS get sunburnt so I have got kids suncream this time. I'll probably come back without any tan, but I prefer that to getting so burnt I can't even reach up to brush my hair. Lots of factor 40 for me! Title: Re: what about the weather?
