Title: Re: Red Dogs magical month Post by: RED-DOG on August 10, 2005, 03:14:50 PM It was about 90k during a 6 week period in Feb Mar this year mostly on Ladbrokes, I won the $500 Sunday lunch, had a 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the $100 rebuy, a 2nd in the $300 'whose the Daddy' plus quite a few other money finishes, I could do no wrong, and success breeds success, I was brimming with confidence.
At the moment I can do nothing right. Last night in the 'Whose the Daddy, 26 players remaining and a first prize of almost 20k at stake, I had just over average chips when I decided to call the table bully's all in re raise with my pocket JJ, you know the rest, I got what I deserved Although I am quite proud of it, (hence me telling you about it on here) I consider my 'purple patch' to be a blip, and I try to treat the bad runs the same and just work on my 'overall' game Title: Re: Red Dogs magical month Post by: Maroon on August 10, 2005, 09:44:35 PM Nice pic in Pokereuropa. ;D
