Post by: jezza777 on July 09, 2006, 08:03:35 PM he must have the Q of diamonds in his hand . I think you have to pass. Hard to leave all those chips out there tho.
Title: Re: Call or Pass? Post by: mikkyT on July 09, 2006, 08:27:55 PM 710 more to call for a big pot.... you have to think you are behind though. I'd be inclined to call just to see :(
Title: Re: Call or Pass? Post by: tantrum on July 09, 2006, 09:13:42 PM It all depends on who is your opponent.
You did not provide any information on your opponent and your table image. From what I see here and not knowing much about your table when you fold you will have a bit over M-20 left so you can still come back and be in a tourney, your bet on a turn and her/his re-raise tells me fold, I think personally you overbet your JJ pre-flop with re-raise, on this flop your opponent probably does not believe you that you have flush or a pair, so betting on the turn where the Q appears with your stack size is getting into trouble, and with his re-raise the only way you can call if you have a good read on your opponent. Title: Re: Call or Pass? Post by: MrMoves on July 09, 2006, 09:17:12 PM Crippled if you call and lose, hmmm, tough.
He has a diamond, but a Queen? Did he flop the flush? In cash I call it because there is so much in there. In tournament I would fold it without player information. Title: Re: Call or Pass? Presumably with the blinds at 15/30 this is level one, so no info to go on? I think I'd fold here - still plenty of chips to play with. Title: Re: Call or Pass? Post by: fishguts on July 10, 2006, 06:18:02 PM so early in the tourney ..after he calls that raise preflop and that bet on the flop , and the Q comes on the turn..i'm done with this hand...i would not bet on that turn...but maybe i'm too passive... ::)
