Title: Vegas in the morning...
Post by: RioRodent on July 09, 2006, 07:24:05 PM
This time tomorrow, I'll be... nearly there!!

Like many others I'll be updating a blog while I'm there.

I'm afraid my litary skills leave a lot to be desired... but if anyone's interested it is at riorodent.blogspot.com (http://riorodent.blogspot.com)

Hope to bump into a few other blondes in the next week or so.

I believe Snoops and Jen are coming over specifically to provide live updates on my progress in the Seniors Event on the 12th... it happens to clash with the $50k HORSE, I hope that doesn't distract them too much.  rotflmfao

I see from your blog that you are staying at the Gold Coast, I've just returned from an eight day stay there. The buffet is great value at only $6.95 and you can walk to the Rio in a couple of minutes if you go via the parking garage and in the side entrance. I played in event 6 $2000 nl, the room gets very busy prior to registration so make sure that you get a total rewards card from the desk outside the main room as you need one of these to register. I only live up the road in banbury so I might come down and play in some of the WPC events, anyway good luck in the WSOP and if you want to play some soft low limit games the MGM has a good spread of games, and they must be soft because even I managed to win over $100 per day at $2-$4 limit.
