I was just buying the Des Wilson book and noticed that Scott Fischman has a new book out so I've ordered that aswell. Has anyone else read it yet?

ONLINE ACE?   I think it focuses on STT .  He said that in an interview I read recently .   I haven't read it though

Seems that every decent poker player is turning to writing these days.  Perhaps the pay is better!

i ordered the Fischman book about a month or so back.

Amazon have been putting the delivery date back constantly since. 3-5 weeks before i get it is the latest estimate. Surviving on Harrington III at the mo.

Don't expect yours soon unless your 'connected'...lol

I took some money from my Betfair account the other day after a MTT cash.  I thought I would buy myself a present and I ordered this book from amazon.  It should arrive sometime later this year or maybe next.  Some of their books take forever to arrive

I got mine a while ago, took 3 days. Its a reallly good simple book. If you are a good player, you wont get too much from the book, but you will certainly get reminded of a few key elements that you probably forget/ignore, so its definately worth the pittance that it costs to buy. If you are an average player, the book will be perfect for you, lays things out in a simple manner and is easy to read.

Thumbs up for this book.

For those that take a long time to get the books, I got mine from the "agents" rather then direct from amazon, where it says "new & used from £x.xx".. they always seem to deliver the non-mainstream books a lot faster then amazon itself

I think it is STT, but I also read there is four pages in the book about how to play Badugi.  So it could cover anything, I am waiting for my copy to arrive

http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1933060123/sr=1-1/qid=1155056540/ref=pd_bowtega_1/202-6703360-3961452?ie=UTF8&s=books (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/1933060123/sr=1-1/qid=1155056540/ref=pd_bowtega_1/202-6703360-3961452?ie=UTF8&s=books)

then it isn't available until 30th august. why is it released as online Ace in the US and online King in UK, with different front covers!

I've read it and liked it alot.  Really like Fischman as a player which is why a got the book.  Agree with Totalise that is it very straight forward but concentrates on online play and covers most forms of the game.  I got my copy about 6 weeks ago.  Tend to order all my poker books from www.highstakes.co.uk.  They have an excellent range of titles and delivery normally next day if in stock.
