More than likely all the twins have been block booked for the group and you will have to go through the group code to get them. As soon as they have the deal done and the code listed, you should be grand for getting the twin room.

I'm trying to figure out how many nights I need to stay for - I've seen the rough agenda on Tikay's post, and am wondering if I need to stay for a night on the 8th... i.e. what time are all the events starting - should I risk driving up from London on the Saturday? Also what time will things end on the Sunday roughly - should I stay another night on the 10th? I'm planning to get involved in all the events if possible, but I've not been to one of these before so I'm not sure how things usually proceed. Cheers!!!
