Title: Is this old age creeping in? Post by: Sark79 on July 17, 2006, 06:34:37 PM Do you ever feel like a little nap after your evening dinner? Over the last week or so, I have had a 20 minute sleep after dinner. My friends think I am showing the first signs of old age. I was always told that the age of thirty was the turning point. According to a guy I used to work with, thirty was the time when people develop a dinner party charm, they learn to exude natural charisma and confidence. However they also need to sleep after dinner time :D. I am not sure if it is due to the hot weather or just old age creeping in. Title: Re: Is this old age creeping in? I play online during the day, and at 5pm have a two hour sleep if I am playing live that night This is because my bladder wakes me up at 7am even if I go to sleep at 3am and sleep after that is fitful so I am knackered come late afternoon. I usually sleep about 5 or 6 hours a night. But recently the evening nap has felt good. Aren't humans suppose to take naps during the day as well?
