A big hello to everyone at blonde-poker!

I feel honoured indeed being the 1000th member....I have lurked for a while, but after seeing Jen, Tikay and James in action at the main event at Luton, trying to play, cope with networks collapsing and doing amazing work keeping everyone updated, I thought the time was nigh that I offered up my posting support ;)

Many already know my chiselled features - look forward to chatting to you all through the blondeite poker victories to come...

Welcome indeed Jammer, though I can't quite place you at the moment. And yes, a real proud day for blonde. We expected our 1,000th Member to join on Saturday, but then, out of a clear blue sky.......I shudder to even think about what happened then.

OK, Chirp Warning. Here's the progression of Member Sign-Ups. The figures below are the number of Members who signed up in that particular month.

We were mocked by the establishment when we began, but we are doing just fine. We have a great cross-section from the poker community. WPT winners, Bracelet Winners, World Class Players, but most importantly, regular guys, Mums & Dads, Nutters and Comedians. And characters.

We  - you - have stuck to our guns, to our belief that healthy & vigorous debate is fine and dandy, but personal abuse is not. Anonymous criticism is a no-no here. And flaming for the sake of it is not done here. Everything with a smile.

Team Blonde - Dave, Rhow, Jen, Jo & myself, thank you all.

Some exciting things are gonna be happening here, but I just need to catch up on a few things first.

And thanks for bearing with us during these horrible last few days. It's been emotional!
