Title: Re: Help with the endish stages and being short stacked Post by: Graham C on July 19, 2006, 10:57:15 PM Fair enough. Sickeningly, I would have won the hand with two pair but I can see why I folded, I was just curious if I should have been calling, thanks.
Actually, I was hoping you'd reply Flushy :D I see you as one of the more aggressive players on the forum so it's good to see that you'd have folded. Just making sure I'm on the right path :) Title: Re: Help with the endish stages and being short stacked Post by: Dewi_cool on July 19, 2006, 10:59:23 PM Chances are that with the betting you have just seen, you would have been dominated, Id rather go all in with 87o personally, and make sure you get your chips in first
Title: Re: Help with the endish stages and being short stacked Post by: Royal Flush on July 19, 2006, 11:01:58 PM Dewi is spot on, you still have folding equity, look to get it in first to give yourself a chance of no showdown.
Rag aces are horrible in 3 way all ins, you often find yourself up against a bigger ace and a pair above your rag. It's hard to outdraw both of them! If they had limped instead of raised i would be shipping it in all day long! |
