Also, it could be the RGB settings on the monitor itself and nothing to do with the computer - check these :)
Title: Re: Computer Problems - Another Thread Post by: GlasgowBandit on July 20, 2006, 10:10:42 PM Have you degassed (I am sure it spelt differently) ? Struggling to see that but if its DEGAUSS what does that mean?? I honestly haven't a clue that DEGAUSS symbol has like a vertical line through it. Title: Re: Computer Problems - Another Thread Post by: Gryff on July 20, 2006, 10:26:22 PM I know exactly what the problem is, you've accidentally hit the mode change from still to movie or vice versa, its happened at my workplace a few times. ( Well, 99% - it looks out of focus right? ).
Also check monitor cable is plugged in tightly. Title: Re: Computer Problems - Another Thread Post by: Gryff on July 20, 2006, 10:26:56 PM To fix it you need to fiddle around with your monitor settings on the actual monitor until you find the mode button :-]

Title: Re: Computer Problems - Another Thread Post by: Bongo on July 20, 2006, 10:53:06 PM Try a degauss, it may work. Check all cables are connected properly too!
Wouldn't system restore yet as i'd guess it's more likely a hardware problem Title: Re: Computer Problems - Another Thread Post by: Gamblor21 on July 20, 2006, 11:14:36 PM anyone know any free software to download to burn dvd's. alot of the one's i have found are temp ones and do not do full burns.
