It gives you a few cool features such as separate taskbars for each screen and generally makes the dual setup easier to manage. The trial version is free and it's not too expensive to purchase if you like it. Monitor 1 should be the left hand monitor. If not you can change this by clicking on the right hand monitor square and dragging it to the left of the left monitor.
Select monitor 1 by clicking on it. Tick the box with the text "Use this device as the primary monitor" Select monitor 2. Tick the box with the text "Extend my Windows desktop onto this monitor" Reboot. Got my new graphics card, and my new monitor, and a TV card to boot - very happy now, I can watch Digital Freeview while I play if I don't want to multitable ;D |
