Personally i call and hope he fires again, i'd only raise if there were more people in the pot. Title: Re: PL Omaha Cash - Can I get more out of this? Post by: boldie on July 25, 2006, 01:38:50 PM If you had called he probably wouldn't have payed you off anyways unless another club hits. there are already 6 gone (assuming he holds one) so there are only 7 out there..of which 3 are scare cards. (J,7,Q) These mean he could have a straight flush...and assuming he has a club them odds aren't as unlikely as you might think.
if the 7 hits you automatically lose all your money if he's holding the jack. If someone wants to draw for a flsuh I ussually let him but not when you almost have a 1 in 2 chance of getting a scare card if you get the result you want. Surely his opponent must have 2 clubs to have a flush even if another club hits the board? Hence its irrelevent whether or not another clubs appears on the board? And if the Jc turned, he would need the Kc and Qc to have the str8 flush. He couldnt just use a Qc.. Title: Re: PL Omaha Cash - Can I get more out of this?
