Title: Fantasy Poker League Post by: snoopy1239 on July 26, 2006, 11:20:09 AM This is just an idea, but what would you guys think of blonde doing a Fantsay Poker League for the whole poker season?
It could be an EPT one, A Grosvenor one, a WPT one, or a combination. Is this something people would be interested in? The idea would be to encourage more people to read the updates. Too often updates fizz out because the main interests are gone, but if we have teams then perhaps those viewers won't be so quick to disappear? Would you be willing to pay a small fee? It would be a small fee to pay for the prize and any extra work involved. Increasing the hits on our updates, futhering our community spirit, and just having a laugh in the process is payment enough. I'd also like the financial budget to force people to purchase a few underdogs/lesser known players. We could also do transfers, manager of the month etc to keep people interested. The only problem i see is that quite often players dont play some events that others do etc, unlike a football league. I would suggest that people pick names out of confirmed runners for the individual events. |
