£30 Rebuy at the Vic £20 Rebuy at Luton £100 Freezeout at the Gutshot Many Thanks Title: Re: Quick Question Post by: TightEnd on August 19, 2005, 02:46:56 PM If you could afford it, I'd go for the freezeout always
Almost always I will stick up for Luton, but in my opinion the Saturday night competition is one of the worst ones they offer. It starts at 9pm (later than usual) because of a £10 rookie rebuy fest at 4.30pm and ends much earlier than most comps because the casino shuts early on Saturday night/Sunday morning. Therefore a couple of blind levels are missed out and it's a crapshoot from two tables out My issue with the Vic is quick clocks in general. Just my opinion! Wouldnt even consider the Vic £30, "we need a new cash table" "ok then quadruple the blinds in the tournament" As any casino on the saturday has such a time restriciton the gutshot is the best choice imo Title: Re: Quick Question Post by: redsimon on August 19, 2005, 07:20:12 PM If you could afford it, I'd go for the freezeout always Almost always I will stick up for Luton, but in my opinion the Saturday night competition is one of the worst ones they offer. When I went to Luton the other week (after cheeseypoker's play off) i thought it closed early. It does...at 4am! ;D |
