Two friends of mine wrote to me & said they'd like to get me a little pressie by way of a thank you for summat I'd done, &, well, to cut a long story short, they got me one of these £2 IKB coins, which they are gonna give to me at bB3. NHS Powdered Milk too. Don't send me down memory lane, I gotta weird memory & it's all there somewhere. Sunday afternoon at Grandma Angelll's was the bizz. ITV had just started, she had a telly. We watched Liberace, Popeye, Lord Boothby, Bonanza, & Sunday Night at The London Palladium, featuring the TV Toppers (leggy dancers), with that revolving stage, the compere was Norman Vaughan I think. "Swinging" (thumbs up) & "dodgy" (thumbs down) were his catchphrases, & when he said them, how we all roared with laughter........ They don't make TV like that these days, I tell ya.
