... but how would you have played it?


I was certain he had K-Q, hence the overbet, but why did he just flat call??

Ouch thats unlucky Snoops, i cant understand the flat call myself either ??? I  had a similar situation in a live game the other night, up against someone who check called me on the river with Second Set - no straight or flush on the board!!! I had 8 high so she wouldnt have got another penny outta me but i just couldnt believe i hadnt been raised on the river! :D

True, but surely I would have raised preflop and then bet the river.

lol...I did the same thing online yesterday...I had the nut straight and just flat called,....because i was playing a tourney at the same time and forgot I had hit the gutshot straight.

his flat call doesn't make sense...but that's probably what happened. or he's very afraid of losing money and needs it to pay his rent..(I have seen guys like that do this before)
