I'll be at NECS. the Blonde shirts are still subject to approval. any Blondites at Notts tonight are encouraged to give some feed back on my shirt.

What time does it normally finish with a 7.15pm start?

I often get feed back on my shirt, mostly gravy!

Important advice on this one...

Registration closes at 7.15pm for the £10 NLHE but last week the competition was full at 7pm
at least 15 players could not get in

If you really want to play get there early! (registration opens at 6.30pm but in true british tradition a long queue will have formed by then)

Good luck to all playing tonight. Mrs Nightfly will be there to look after you  - i'd love to be there but I got a spot of babysitting lined up :-[

time to speak to management about expanding the space allowed for card tables

why not open the registration up at 6:15pm save the queue, gets people into casino earlier (they then spin the wheel of misfourtune) and also means there is no such a late rush for places and the comp get started on time

Everytime I've got there at 6:15 (or before) i've been able to register straight away (then head to the cafe for a quick meal before playing).

I can't make tonight due to work  >:(

take out a few roulette tables on poker nights and put them back in over the weekend when they are busier

if you knew the layout in Nottingham you'd understand the problem. the card room is nowhere near the house games. unless we spilled out into the restaurant there's nowhere to go

Well drove down but due to poor reception i could not get a response from Adams phone in time to Reg. so it was a drive up the motorway to Leeds where I made it just with 1 min. to spare. Only small tourney, but hell, i won it ..

Good that the night ended well. It (Notts) sold out well before 7pm last night...easily the most popular night there now. Nifty £3000 prize pool too, around £900 to winner. (Just got to work out a way to get to the final!)

Does nottingham do this freezeout thing? Don't fancy starting to play real poker only to find after knocking someone out, they rear there head again.

Assuming I was any good that is.

NHLE no limit holdem e? entry?

Stoo..Tuesdays is £10 NLHE with max of 4 buy ins. 6.30 to 7pm reg. 110 max runners so best to reg early as possible to avoid disappointment. 1 hour of rebuys. 1000 chips to start and 25/50 blinds for rebuy period. Treat it as a £40 freezeout  :)..made about £3100 last night so a good return on your cash if you get to the final...
