Title: Re: should I have called? Post by: TightEnd on August 22, 2006, 12:10:13 PM granted you all have only one move but you have to move in first in these type of situations.....
you don't give us payout ratios or other stuff to help the decision either Fold, you have a full round to push with something else...I'd rather have 87 suited than a raggy ace to call here than call for all your chips with given what your opponent might have Just out of interst, how did it get to be that so many of you were left in with so little play in a complete crapshoot? Post by: Claw75 on August 22, 2006, 10:02:03 PM I can't remember the exact details of the payout structure but it would have been the standard tribeca payout - top 27 paid. $5 tournament with 396 (I think) entrants. AI recall, any finish 10th-13th would net me $26. 1st place was, I think $480.
I guess the crapshoot came about due to the fact that it was standard 8 minute blind levels. |
