I feel the need to vent some frustration.

I've played 5 MTT's this weekend.
In all 5 I've gone all in when I thought I was ahead at that point and wanted to deny the pot odds for my opponent to call.
In all 5 I have been ahead but they've called anyway.
In all 5 they've hit one of the few outs they needed to win.

I don't mind getting knocked out when my opponent has a better hand to start with, I don't mind occasionally getting knocked out when I'm ahead but my opponent hits the hand they need - but 5 - in a row! It's somewhat disheartening.

Frustration vented - I feel much better now - please accept my apologies for anybody who's wasted their time reading it.

Uhuh, you inflicted your badbeats onto us without prior warning, a fine of £2.50 will be imposed :D

In my defence I did apologise - so if you had the good sense to read the last line first, you'd have known not to bother reading the rest.  :D

My sympathies are with you Jon as I've had the same this weekend, some truly muppetty calls which I WANT of course but OMG, how many times can you get it in ahead and come out behind in a row!!!

I'm blaming it on the Bank Holiday, and the extra possible alcohol intake (it certainly made me feel I needed a drink!) lol

happened in sheffield for me last night too :( 

Seems to happen to me all the time.

I had THRE sets in a row dumped by Flushes made on the river when four of one suit hit the @@@@ with the 3h or 4c etc.
