Title: Pacific Poker Post by: Poppet7 on September 12, 2006, 04:04:59 PM I have just gone onto Pacific Poker and found my account balance at $0...
I cashed out $100 the other day which arrived in the post, but I still had around $100 in there but it has all gone. When I went to sign in the username was ap139 when really my username is apl39 so I don't know what the hell is going on? Even if someone had been on my account why would my username change? I'm confused. Spoke to someone earlier that said they were talking to me on msn but it turned out to be the foster kid we have, but I don't know how he would've got on because the laptop has a password. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr, what do I do? Title: Re: Pacific Poker Post by: Nem on September 12, 2006, 04:07:40 PM Contact support
Title: Re: Pacific Poker Post by: Sark79 on September 12, 2006, 04:07:51 PM Does the site have a Live Chat manager bit like Blonde? I would go on there and ask for an account statement to be sent to you by email. At least then you can find out when the money got taken out and by which method. Good luck poppet

Forget about that. Contact support and find out when the money was lost. Title: Re: Pacific Poker Post by: Poppet7 on September 12, 2006, 04:17:44 PM I'm more worried about who has been on my computer and when, because leons idiot father has obviously given him permission to go on my computer without even asking me. I am absolutely fuming. I tried contacting support and it didn't go through
Title: Re: Pacific Poker Post by: Sark79 on September 12, 2006, 04:25:50 PM It sounds like a fault if your screen name has changed. I don't think any site allows that, so perhaps it is just a technical fault with your account. I hope it is

I have my screen name written , but I have to type in my passwords for blonde, Blue Square and VC. Title: Re: Pacific Poker Post by: AceofWands on September 12, 2006, 04:32:09 PM You're confused? So are the rest of us now LOL :D
How did you log in and find out the money was no longer there if your username was different? Surely if anyone has cashed out the money would be only sent/paid to you. And if anyone has been playing on the account Pacific stores every game that is played going back months. If you have as system that you bothered about anyone else using you should lock it down with a password. Ac Title: Re: Pacific Poker Post by: Bongo on September 12, 2006, 04:33:52 PM Can you check the hand histories? I imagine if someone has got on they will have played and lost rather than withdrawn...
Also you see if you can lock down your laptop more so that it can never happen again. Title: Re: Pacific Poker Post by: Poppet7 on September 12, 2006, 04:38:45 PM and blondepokerleague is $0 too

Title: Re: Pacific Poker Post by: totalise on September 12, 2006, 04:56:10 PM sorry to hear this poppet, it seems with this evidence that the burdon of responsibility lies within your house-hold rather then the sites.. hope you get it sorted out!
Title: Re: Pacific Poker Post by: Poppet7 on September 12, 2006, 05:01:53 PM I know its not the poker rooms fault but I'm getting them to check it out so I can find out which one of my boyfriends disgusting family have stolen off of me and gone on my computer behind my back. I have had enough.
Title: Re: Pacific Poker Post by: Colchester Kev on September 13, 2006, 11:43:45 AM Did you find out about this Poppet ?
Title: Re: Pacific Poker Post by: Poppet7 on September 13, 2006, 11:56:52 AM Well I definitely know that the foster kid has been on here because he spoke to someone on msn who told me about it. As for the accounts blonde are looking into it to see the activity over the weekend, haven't tried pacific yet. To be honest, I've got other crap on my mind so I'm not worrying about losing a few $.
I asked the foster kid and he turned bright red, frowned, denied all knowledge of it and then threw a piece of toast and stormed out the house. Muppet. Title: Re: Pacific Poker Post by: Simon Galloway2 on September 13, 2006, 03:57:59 PM I've just read this thread and the job thread. Chuffin eck. I am not going to offer unsolicited personal advice to someone I don't know, but if you took a poll on a new thread I am pretty sure the results would be conclusive.
Based on advice already offered, and given that places are available through clearing at the moment (I think? long time ago.. ;tk;) you could make some major changes to your life this month. If you want to!!
