It's not been the nicest of days, but I think blonde has ended up better & stronger for it, & a few ghosts have been laid to rest, & a fence or two has been mended. On a serious note, I must comment on the professionalism at which all of this gets handled. Its not an envyable task to take on. Kudos for still being well mannered afterwards.
