looks alrite.. call preflop is quite marginal, I like calling modest sums with paint pairs, but with 30bb cap I dont know if you flop big enough often enough to justify it. Once that flop is down, slam it in, 2/1 on your remainder with a faint glimmer of having the best hand is plenty!

I used to play just FL, i hate the turn and river! lol.

These cap games are fun, i have been f*cked over 3 times in decent pots and am still up, lol.

Can someone explain how the cap works? each player can only invest $180 in a hand???

Yes. You are 'all in' once you reach $180

Hmmmmmmm doesnt this protect the fish?
Which can be a good thing as it keeps em in the game longer maybe.......

The thing is they play far loser than they should. It's class i managed to get outdrawn in $1800 worth of pots, sick outdraws too. Yet i still came out ahead!

I like the idea of capping actually I reckon if you are playing with a few newbies in a small cash game then this may be the best way to keep them interested so they don't seem when they are bullied by more experienced players.

I don't think you done anything wrong flushy I agree the call pre flop was marginal but once you hit top set in that situation you gotta think you have the best hand.
