Well? I hate having to pass AK. My usual line is get it in preflop. Unknown opp.

looks ok, stacks are a bit too deep to get it in preflop with AK unless you have a good reason they are gonna ship it in with less, which it looks like you dont.

I hate playing flops. Stupid 20 min clock.

semi bluff re-raise on the flop? I wouldve let it go on the flop once youve played it like that though, you might not even have ten outs.

Min-raise the flop.

Reraise preflop

if called, post flop when you miss keep it small and fold to more than 1 bet

with your chips and ability and this early, I'd fold

yeah i wouldn't reraise this pre-flop..the flat call of a 300 bet looks fine to me..once the flop hits you're essentially out..so I would have folded on the flop and not called the 480...(Or unless I know the guy I would have reraised him there but not pre flop..from his position and preflop raise he wasn't going to fold to a pre flop reraise unless you made it a substantial one.

Why not reraise the flop and find out where you are? He could just be CBetting here and his 480 = half the pot.

re-raise all-in preflop and hope to be called by AJ/AQ. by the turn it looks like he probably had AJ right there.
no-one seems to raise that much preflop at early tourney stages with AA or KK these days so i'd figure an all-in preflop would be called by QQ at worst..

lol I love it, using information garnered on the turn to decide what you should do pre-flop!

exactly..."overbet the Aces every time in early position at an early stage of the tourney"...that's my motto....Well, that and "bring me to mango's" but it's a good second.
