2 players limped, Sheriff limped too, SB makes it 2400, called all the way, Kd 9d 3s flop, SB bets 5k next limper calls, next guy with the short stack moves all-in for 7k, Sheriff pushes for 11.8k, the SB flat calls and so does the other limper. Turn is 8d, the SB pushes the rest of chips in, and the other limper folds. River. 4h SB had... Kh Kc Shorty... Ad 6d Sheriff... 9h 9c Limper... Ks Tc!!! Sick. Straight away he's just had to fold to a 13.1k all-in bet into a 16.8k pot on a 7d Qh Ts board. He's not out though so it's not a bokk. ;whistle; Title: Re: Grovsenor Grand Prix 2006 - At a Glance Day 1 - Session 2 Post by: NoflopsHomer on October 15, 2006, 02:11:31 AM Hewston, we have a problem since Jonny is walking away from the cardroom.

Title: Re: Grovsenor Grand Prix 2006 - At a Glance Day 1 - Session 2 Post by: NoflopsHomer on October 15, 2006, 03:28:05 AM Steve Jelinek is not a happy man. On the last hand of he potted UTG with Eights to 4200, he was re-raised all-in and a short stack also pushed value. It was folded back to Steve who said, "This would be a very bad call, but I really hope you don't show me Ace King." He folded his eights only to be shown A-K and A-5 for the shorty and the board came a non-king-non-ace J-T-4-2-3. To say he is not chuffed would be correct.
