Title: Poker Stars WCOOP
Post by: wsopin07 on September 05, 2005, 06:18:39 PM
How many are playing in these comps at Pstars?????

I had the pleasure of playing next to Phil H yesterday, I let him know how much DC and myself thought of his great contributions to the world of poker ;D

Title: Re: Poker Stars WCOOP
Post by: Ironside on September 05, 2005, 08:03:29 PM
i might play the PLO freezeout but a 200 rebuy is a minimium 600 if you want to play proper and then allowing for a bust out means 1k and if i put in 1k and get busted whats another 400

nah i'll stick to the freezeouts

Title: Re: Poker Stars WCOOP
Post by: matt674 on September 05, 2005, 08:05:03 PM
when are they going to start tracking Stt i dont play enough Mtt

he is trying to implement the software to incorporate stt's as well as mtt's but he finds it hard as there are no set times or ways of tracking the results as he doesnt get any assistance from pokerstars.

the person who runs it has to request every tourney result from stars and feed the results into his database which is easy with the set mtt's but harder with the stt's. if he figures a way around it then he will start listing stt's as well

Julian Gardner 'MrCoCo' has chips now in 23rd. Whacker still climbing in 60th. 150 left. Chipleader is Gigabet, won't mind the fact that he lost a $50k sidebet on the stars TLB last month if he wins this one ;D

Title: Re: Poker Stars WCOOP
Post by: riverdave on September 06, 2005, 06:45:05 AM
Whacker just gone in 12th was unlucky flopped trip kings and was up against a flush draw that caught runner unner str8. Was a 600k pot and would of surely locked up a top 5 spot and I was looking forward to 20% of 125k.
