went to the race for life to support my wife and mother in law and sister who all ran in supprt of cancer awareness, my aunt had recently succumbed after 10 odd years of in and out of hospital and my mother in law who was running was 3 years into the remission stages...instead of bland numbers there were messages about or pictures of loved ones who had been claimed by cancer on the vests ...i have never been so humbled and yet inspired by the power of people when their loved ones are involved to get out and do something abut it...some of the captions were heart rendering. i`ll be wearing pink ....
