The second picture id get you to recheck your username and password but if they are all fine id suggest phoning BT's technical support line. GL with that though I find phoning Technical support lines one of the most frustrating things possible!! BT seems to have gone bad over the past few months...wonder if capacity is reaching the limit... Title: Re: Broadband help please Post by: byronkincaid on October 31, 2006, 10:08:16 PM i never had a problem with BT until I upgraded to 8 meg and now the connection drops all the time, just for a few seconds but that's enough with some sites for them to take over 30 secs to reconnect you and kick you off the hand you were on.
