Title: N/P real life bad beats Post by: Suited_Jock on November 08, 2006, 11:05:14 AM two fold last night. My team getting bounced out of the disney cup on penalities then when I get back to my car after the game find that the right wing panel has been kicked in by local yobs. Most of the cars on the street had some damage guy next to me had his window smashed in. Phoned the police who really didnt care, "oh heres a crime reference number it will help you claim on your insurance".
Long story short I need a new wing panel and obviously it needs painted... hence me out of pocket god I love the youth of today. *Sigh* Title: Re: N/P real life bad beats Post by: kinboshi on November 08, 2006, 11:58:14 AM I hate that sort of mindless vandalism. You work (or play) hard to get something nice, and someone comes along and damages for no reason except that they don't have it.
Hope the damage financially isn't too steep. As for Celtic. At least it wasn't ICT this time, so you're spared those headlines again. I was always fine with my bike being nicked (after all you nick one back..and the guy probably needed it more then you did...he's getting some use out of it) the midless vandalism I just don't get..why break someones things? it does you no good and costs someone else a lot of money. If someone steals your car atleast they are getting some use out of it...to me that's not as bad as just smashing it up. |
