Post by: dan on September 08, 2005, 11:11:02 PM

that was after he his overcards and flush draw knocked out someone when he runner-runnered a straight.

I meanwhile, am completely card dead.

Brian's lying with that last statement! A limp re-raise all-in from utg made me fold my AQ off, but Bri calls it with AJ off. UTG shows AKs, lucky for Bri that he splits the board with a low straight.

Balls, A9 runs into AK. Did not get any cards at all, I'd been playing so conservatively that I thought there would be few hands people would be able to call me with. Unfortunately the big stack had one of them.

On the other hand, it was a pleasure to play against Brian. And double up on him too.  ;)

Title: Re: cpc on crypto
Post by: wsopin07 on September 09, 2005, 01:08:44 PM
yes, a bad play so early, but does someone move all in that early w/ a big pair? what could they have ? A K , A Q, TT, 99?

I made a play in a 30 player comp to get chips and win, I made $4,300 USD yesterday on Hill but I guess it was all luck. I will continue to play the way I do. If anyone has constructive things to say about hands, betting, strategy ect I would be happy to listen.

I did , I just wanted that person to read what I had to say, no problem w/ me Im use to it. People always argue w/ what they dont understand, Im not saying my play is good or bad, its just my play.

In a non poker story I had many people in the real estate business here in Florida laugh at me when I invested almost everything my family and myself had into the purchase of a large parcel of land located on the water in Ft Myers, Florida. Nobody wanted to invest in the project and almost everyone said it would be a loser.

Today I get a call a day from someone wanting to be involved! It is only 1 year later but the project will be a HUDGE success ;D

My point is this, go w/ your experience and your gut feeling, in the long run you will come out on top!

The guy sitting next to you moved all in on the turn against you with trip jacks on the first hand which looked like the stupidest move ever.

1 of blondes rules is that you cannot try to impersonate another person on the forum

as willie tann is already a member of the forum ( i know i set the account up for him)

the account W.Tann was removed along with all his posts

if mr jones (w.tann) has a problem with that please let me know

no dont do that, he knows he is a loser, only a loser would want to lie about who they are and talk like a little bitch. Like I have always said, when he wins his bracelet I will be happy to hear from him, until then tell someone who cares ;D

He's hurt himself enough.

I told him about all his bad chi - he wouldn't listen!
