Title: keyboard Help

Just got a new computer but there seems to be a slight problem with the keyboard,

the @ and the " symbols have been reveresed so for @ I have to press shift 2, very odd, anyone know how to fix this, thanks in advacne, pab

lol, my old laptop decided to do this on me and i had no idea how to stop it.. Hope that helped

Go in to the keyboard mapping and change them round if it really bothers you, I am used to checking as we have a mac as well as pc's in the house, the other option is use the old keyboard   ;goodvevil;

In the control panel goto regional and language options and set for uk, prob us at the mo.

changed to UK, not done anything but may need to reboot to take effect but am 4 tabling at the moment. If still no joy where would I find the keyboard mapping?

don't worry about keyboard mapping it is definitely due to your keyboard being set to us, it may require a reboot.

as long as the 'J', 'U,' 'S,' 'T', ' I', 'C','E' keys are working you'll be fine mate
