Title: Friday Nights puzzle for the mathematicians out there
Post by: Triple X on September 09, 2005, 10:14:07 PM
the answer is 24 - but how do you get there?

Use the numbers 7373 to get to 24

You can only use all 4 numbers once and only use all the four basic math functions to get to 24.

For example if you have 4444, you do 4*4 + 4 + 4 = 24.

Good luck - who is going to get the answer first?

3/7+3*7

That's not 24 because you have to do the 3x7 before the +.

If I am to be nit-piccy.  ;)
