Personally id bet in a range of 4-7$ hopefully get some of your draws reasonable cheap and still keep him enticed pot wise!

He probably has JJ, you have got to hope he hasn't got the nut flush draw too.

Check fold the flop. I'd prefer to pot it preflop with that hand rather than the raise to .90.

As played I woud definitely call now. You're getting almost 3:1 and your flushdraw is probably still live.
