Title: O/T Adverse Credit Mortgages Post by: Suited_Jock on November 22, 2006, 01:05:56 PM Meh its a long shot but wondering if anyone has any reccomendations about providers of mortgage lenders to those with light to mid adverse credit. I won't go into specifics about my history as I was young and naive but now its coming back to haunt me.
Definitely unable to lend from a high street lender so was wondering if anyone else had the same issues. If wanting to keep private can PM me.. my next option is to go to a financial advisor but with all the fees im gonna have to pay to buy a property im not particularly wanting to pay them a % on top of everything. Any help much appreciated. And, like the previous poster said, it didn't cost me a penny extra because the advisor is paid by the lender for the business he provides them. Good luck. No cost the lender gives her a couple of grand and it is all very transparent. There are ways to get non status mortages but it is all a little dodgy and you can absolutely never miss a payment. (you also need a mortgage broker in your pocket)
